 - Ingredients: Greek yogurt, oats, chia seeds, fruit


- Making:


Step 1: Pour yogurt into small jars, each jar is about 100g yogurt

Step 2: Add 3 tablespoons of oats to each yogurt jar

Step 3: Cut the fruit into small pieces and then add it to the yogurt jar.

Step 4: Add chia seeds and mix well.

Step 5: Cover the jar, put it in the refrigerator overnight.

This dish you should make the night before to have time to chill, the dish will be more delicious.
